What it includes:
3 weeks of one-on-one support, guidance, and feedback through the sleep training process
A personalized sleep plan catered to your child's specific sleep challenges and needs, designed to meet your unique sleep goals for nights and naps
Daytime schedule guidance for feeding and sleep
Unlimited text and voice message support throughout your 3-week package (between 8am - 9pm EST, 7 days a week)
Three 30-minute video/phone calls with Liza (1x/week) throughout your 3-week package (between 8am - 5pm EST, M-F)
3 months of follow-up Voxer (text and voice messaging) support, offering real-time feedback, modifications, and guidance to accommodate your baby’s changing sleep needs through lengthening wake windows, schedule changes, nap transitions, regressions, travel, sickness, and more + monthly video check-in calls!
How it works:
Once you’ve hired Liza, you’ll fill out a family questionnaire about your child’s daytime and nighttime schedules, your child’s specific sleep struggles, and goals to improve your child’s overall sleep routine.
Liza will then create a customized sleep plan for your child designed to address their sleep needs and help meet your goals, with clear step-by-step instructions to set you and your little one up for long-term success.
You will then schedule an on-boarding call to go over your sleep plan, ask any questions you may have, and begin implementing your chosen sleep method with Liza’s support!
You will have the opportunity to be in frequent contact with Liza throughout the 3-week process, via text, voice message, and phone. Liza will provide advice, guidance, support, and help troubleshoot any challenges that arise during your time together, from your baby’s sleep changing sleep needs, lengthening wake windows, schedule changes, nap transitions, sleep regressions, travel, sickness, and more.
Once your 3 weeks are up, you will have the opportunity to connect with Liza via Voxer (text and voice messaging) to address any issues that arise and how to navigate them to keep sleep on track for the next 3 months!
